Top Teams operates on the Circle.so platform. Users may sign up for a free account to access our Open Q&A space and take our Free Course. Full member access requires a paid subscription to whichever membership level you choose - offered monthly or annually.

User Conduct: Members are expected to maintain professionalism and respect within the community. Misconduct may result in a written warning. Persistent negative behavior can lead to termination of membership.

Guarantee: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Request a refund within the first 30 days for a full refund, minus any payment processing fees. Subsequent requests will refund the prior month only.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

All content provided by Top Teams, including training materials, methods, and tools, is owned by Swire, LLC. Members may use this content in their practice but must attribute ownership to Top Teams. Other content contributed by members or from the public square remains the original owners' property but can be used by Top Teams with proper attribution.

We collect user data from membership forms, community discussions, and other interactions. This data is used to enhance our services and ensure a personalized experience. We comply with GDPR and other data protection regulations as applicable.

Membership may be terminated for malicious activities or repeated violations. Members can request an appeal following termination.

Changes to these Terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any modified terms.
