1. Company Information
Welcome to Top Teams, a service provided by Swire, LLC. By accessing and using our services, you agree to comply with the following Terms of Service.

2. Overview of Services
Top Teams provides Business Operating System (BOS) coaching certification and membership services, including:
- Course, Course Chat, and Office Hours:Access to the foundational courses (free and paid), interactive course chat, and weekly office hours.
- Community Membership:Includes everything in the Course package plus access to the Top Teams community.
- Pro Membership:Includes everything in the Community package plus participation in the Weekly Growth Group.
3. User Accounts
Top Teams operates on the Circle.so platform. Users may sign up for a free account to access our Open Q&A space and take our Free Course. Full member access requires a paid subscription to whichever membership level you choose - offered monthly or annually.
User Conduct: Members are expected to maintain professionalism and respect within the community. Misconduct may result in a written warning. Persistent negative behavior can lead to termination of membership.
4. Subscription and Payment
Fees:
- Course, Course Chat, and Office Hours: $100 per month
- Course + Community: $300 per month
- Course + Pro Membership: $700 per month
Guarantee: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Request a refund within the first 30 days for a full refund, minus any payment processing fees. Subsequent requests will refund the prior month only.
5. Content and Intellectual Property
All content provided by Top Teams, including training materials, methods, and tools, is owned by Swire, LLC. Members may use this content in their practice but must attribute ownership to Top Teams. Other content contributed by members or from the public square remains the original owners' property but can be used by Top Teams with proper attribution.
6. Privacy and Data Protection
We collect user data from membership forms, community discussions, and other interactions. This data is used to enhance our services and ensure a personalized experience. We comply with GDPR and other data protection regulations as applicable.
7. Prohibited Activities
Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:
- Profanity and inappropriate content.
- Divisive discussions.
- Overly aggressive self-promotion among peers.
8. Dispute Resolution
Disputes should be directed to the community moderator. If unresolved, a third-party mediator may be involved. Legal action is a last resort.
9. Limitation of Liability and Indemnity
Members are responsible for their coaching practices. Top Teams, Swire, LLC, and Zack Swire are not liable for any harm resulting from members' advice or actions. Members must indemnify Top Teams against any claims arising from their conduct.
10. Termination
Membership may be terminated for malicious activities or repeated violations. Members can request an appeal following termination.
11. Modifications to the Terms
Changes to these Terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any modified terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of California and federal laws.
13. User Responsibilities
Members must keep their account information accurate and secure. Any breach of security or unauthorized use must be reported immediately.
14. Service Availability and Changes
Top Teams reserves the right to modify or discontinue services with notice. We strive to ensure service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
15. Communication
Official communications will be sent via email or in-platform messages. Members are responsible for keeping their contact information up-to-date.
